Timeless Marketing LTD. Terms & Conditions

1. Timeless Marketing LTD:
1. A) These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers issued by and on behalf of Timeless Marketing  LTD., having its office and maintaining business premises at Timeless Marketing, Unit B3, Cookstown Business Centre, Tallaght, D24 TR9P and all agreements to be concluded between Timeless Marketing LTD. and another party (“the Buyer”), serving to allow Timeless Marketing LTD. to provide products and services (“the Delivery”), and to the juristic acts underlying such agreements.
1. B) Any terms and conditions used by the Buyer do not apply. These are expressly rejected.

2. Order Agreement/Cancellations:

2. A) Orders can be placed by ordering online, by email, by text or over the phone. Please make sure that you have received an email confirming your order has been received/been processed to ensure your order has gone into production.

2. B) All prices must be agreed prior to any order going into production (Please see section 3. B)) Failure to agree or confirm prices in a timely manner may result in your order being delayed.

2. C) Orders that have been confirmed can be cancelled within 24 hours of artwork approval (Unless order has been rushed into production). If an order has been brought into production it is no longer possible to cancel this order.

2. D) Orders that have been cancelled prior to production may incur charges due to restocking fees, artwork charges, set-up charges and any other work that may have been involved with this order prior to cancellation.

2. E) Orders cannot be cancelled due to price once a price has been agreed upon prior to order being placed.
